• The following are the terms and conditions of the “Horse Races 100% Cashback Bonus” (the “Bonus”) for 100ksport, Ecuador.

• This promotion is only valid for Horse Races from the Breeders’ Cup Challenge Series.

• This promotion will last until the beginning of the Breeders’ Cup World Championship, which is on November 04 and 05, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”).

• The list of eligible races from the Breeders’ Cup Challenge Series will be provided for each month at 100ksport.com/promociones/100ksport.com/promociones/horse-races-cashback.

• This promotion is applicable only for registered players of 100ksport.

• To qualify for the Bonus place a win bet on eligible races held at select tracks to be published 1-2 days prior to such races at 100ksport.com/promociones/horse-races-cashback on any promotion day.

• Only the first bet placed after opting in to the Bonus on a single horse in an eligible race will be eligible to earn a bonus.

• In case the horse on which your bet comes in 2nd or 3rd place, you will receive the money back in the invested amount of up to a maximum of Five US Dollars (USD 5) total per household per eligible race.

• In order to receive the Bonus, player must contact 100k SPORT’s Support via Live Chat directly on the website or via email [email protected] and send his ticket. The Support Team will perform the refund.

• A race must have at least eight (8) separate entries (horses) in order for a player to be eligible to get the Bonus if the selected horse finished in 3rd place.

• A race must have at least six (6) separate entries (horses) in order for a player to be eligible to get the Bonus if the selected horse finished in 2nd place.

• Players will receive the Bonus within five (5) days from the end of the applicable race, which will be credited to player’s account.

• No employees of 100KSport or family members of employees may take part in Promotions.

• It is only valid for players residing in Ecuador who are 18 years of age or older.

• This Bonus cannot be combined with any other promotions currently offered by 100KSport and is subject to constant review.

• Multiple accounts will not be accepted. Only one account per user, address, email address, debit / credit card number or IP address will be allowed. in case of multiple account detection it will result in all account's suspension.

• Players found abusing the campaign in any way will be excluded and will be ineligible to receive the prize.

• If we suspect that a winner is guilty of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend or exclude them from the promotion and/or suspend the user's account and/or suspend the promotion until we complete our investigation.

• 100KSport reserves the right to modify these Conditions of participation at any time. You agree to consult these Conditions of Participation regularly.

• 100KSport reserves the right to exclude any player, amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at its own discretion.

• By taking part in this promotion, you accept these specific Conditions of Participation, as well as our General Conditions of Participation for promotions and our General Provisions.

• The above Terms apply to the 100KSport Promo/Bonus and must be read in conjunction with all the General Terms and Conditions and the relevant Promotional Terms and Conditions of the website.
