What payment method can I use to withdraw?

At the moment, you can choose to withdraw your funds on the locations or through Wire transfer.

How can I make a withdrawal request?

To make a withdrawal request you must enter your player account and access the Cashier, Withdraw section. Here you can choose between Cash and Wire transfer. If you choose Cash, then you have to choose the location, from the drop down, where you want to receive your withdrawal. A withdrawal IN will be generated and you will have to present it at the location. If you choose Wire transfer, then you will be asked to enter your bank account details and the withdrawal will be processed to your bank account.

How do I make a deposit?

Log in to your account and access the “Deposit” button in the upper right side of the home page. Select one of the deposit methods and click on it. Follow the instructions.

How do I make a deposit on the locations?

If you decide to use this method to make a deposit, just go to your preferable fullReto location and ask the cashier.

What do I do if I have problems carrying out the deposit transaction?

Please contact the Support Service via live chat and explain what has happened or contact them via e-mail to [email protected] If an error is encountered, please make a print screen and send it to our colleagues at the e-mail address mentioned above, with the observation that you can't carry out deposit transactions.
